Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 with some flexibility
Location: Flexible and can be based anywhere in Wales. People team are based in Cardiff so there will be travel to Cardiff and across Wales on a regular basis.

Purpose of Role
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, to be responsible for the strategic and tactical delivery of People Services across the organisation, providing strategic oversight of all People activities, ensuring that there is linked working between the People and Talent divisions and stakeholders across the whole organisation, and that all activities are consistently aligned with organisational values and behaviours. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the People Team, driving positive changes to People processes and procedures, ensuring that People practices are trauma informed in approach and consistently delivered, deputising for the Director of People and Talent as required.
This role is subject to a Basic DBS disclosure.
