Project Description

The Bridgend Young People's projects consists of four schemes which provide accommodation and support to homeless young people in the area. This comprises of the MAC (Multi Agency Complex Needs) scheme, 18-21 Projects, Step Down and a Tenancy Crisis Service. The young people we support have complex needs such as behavioural, substance misuse, mental health and offending issues.

Purpose of Role

To assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the Services which fall under the responsibility of this role, ensuring objectives and targets are met in line with contract requirement and organisational values, working in partnership with internal stakeholders where required. To also assist in ensuring that staff and service users have the best possible support in place, allowing for the service to achieve its main aims and objectives.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.  

Please note: Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential for this role.
