Hours of Work:  37.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday covering shifts between 14:00-22:00 and 12:00-20:00 with some flexibility.

Project Description

This role is covering three residential projects in Aberystwyth; Ty Nesaf, Corporation Street and Aberglasney. The projects work with homeless and vulnerably housed people. The service provides residential support with the aim of meeting individuals’ needs, which promote independence and lead to a sustainable move-on.

Purpose of Role

To assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the Services which fall under the responsibility of this role, ensuring objectives and targets are met in line with contract requirement and organisational values, working in partnership with internal stakeholders where required. To also assist in ensuring that staff and service users have the best possible support in place, allowing for the service to achieve its main aims and objectives.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
