Project Description
We’re looking for a creative communications all-rounder to support Wales’ largest homelessness and rough sleeping charity.
The Communications Coordinator works with The Wallich’s in-house Communications and Public Affairs team to deliver stellar, compassion-focused external and internal communications, propelling the organisation’s aim to end homelessness for good.
Content management of The Wallich’s website, five social media channels and staff intranet.
Marketing and events support.
Ensuring print and digital assets are on brand, represents the Welsh language and driving accessible formats.
Public relations and press office support.
Advertising and campaigning.
Copywriting and editing.
Reporting, analytics and evaluation.
Purpose of Role:
To support the development and delivery of internal and digital communications for The Wallich, working closely with the wider Communications Team, frontline services, and departments across the organisation to develop and maintain robust and effective communications. The role will apply a creative flair to creating engaging content, provide expert advice and knowledge to help ensure The Wallich’s communications have a positive impact. Add a PIE approach to all communication and embed co-production in all communications delivery.
This role is subject to a Basic DBS disclosure.
