Hours of Work:  37.5 hours per week, Monday- Friday 09:00-17:00 with some flexibility

Project Description

The Generic Floating Support Project will support individuals living in their own homes who may be at risk of homelessness. The project will provide housing related support and advice to individuals to develop the skills that people require to achieve their aims and ensure they live safely and independently in their home and community, maintaining their own home and sustaining their tenancies.

Purpose of Role

To coordinate and provide support that enables and empowers service users to address their housing and/or personal difficulties, build their skills and confidence improving their ability to maintain their current or future accommodation. The support will develop independence to enable people to improve their control, understanding and involvement in dealing with the issues that affect them, and assist service users to achieve their preferred outcomes.
