Project Description

Cross Borders project consists of seven self-contained flats as well as three dispersed properties offering accommodation and support to women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. All the women supported have alcohol and / or substance misuse issues in addition to other complex needs.

Purpose of Role

To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Cross Borders Women's Project which fall under the responsibility of this role, ensuring objectives and targets are met in line with contract requirement and organisational values, working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders where required. To ensure that staff and service users have the best possible support in place, allowing for the service to achieve its main aims and objectives.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
