Project Description
Swansea Prevention and Wellbeing Service (PAWS) helps to manage and maintain accommodation by providing support that is tailored to an individuals needs, helping to build confidence and improve circumstances at the right time, in the right place. The service offers a wide range of support in a way that is personalised for each individual.
Purpose of Role
To be responsible for the day-to-day management of Swansea's Prevention and Wellbeing Service, ensuring objectives and targets are met in line with contract requirement and organisational values, working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders where required. To ensure that staff and service users have the best possible support in place, allowing for the service to achieve its main aims and objectives.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
Please note: Driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential for this role.
