Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 with some flexibility

Purpose of Role
To work alongside the Talent Development Partner and organisational managers, as well as the wider People and Talent team, in delivering a suite of learning and development resources to all employees across the organisation. The role will focus on delivery of internal training courses, incorporating a blended approach of face-to-face interactive classroom sessions, creating video and online content, and engaging in coaching and mentoring across our Talent Development programmes.
Main Duties:
1. To deliver our Talent Development programmes to staff throughout the organisation, across a range of media platforms, including, but not limited to, face-to-face classroom sessions, remote face-to-face delivery, creation of video and other online content as well as delivering coaching and mentoring sessions, with the aim of delivering content on average three times a week.
2. To work alongside the Talent Development Partner, organisational managers and the wide People and Talent team to understand current and future Talent Development needs, and to help identify the most appropriate way to meet these needs, incorporating a psychologically informed approach to service delivery, and developing content where required.
3. To administer all learning systems (including, but not limited to, the learning sections on our HR Information System and our eLearning system), responding to queries from staff and managers in relation to any of these systems and ensuring that training attendance records for all staff are up to date.
4. To be responsible for all administrative tasks related to training delivery, including issuing of joining instructions, sign in sheets for events, and the production and distribution of training certificates for delegates post attendance. In addition to oversee the issTo support identified specialists across the organisation in their delivery of training events that they have been assigned. This could include co-delivery, or coaching in delivery skills, where appropriate and required.ue and timely return of training evaluation paperwork.

6. To monitor and ensure that all new starters are completing their core and statutory eLearning requirements within specified timescales from their start dates, including ensuring that those working in Housing Management are assigned access to Rent Smart Wales training and complete it within the strict deadlines assigned.
7. To be an integral member of the People and Talent team, helping to build an integrated team ethos where we strive to be the best we possibly can be, and to act as a role model across all departments in living The Wallich values, whilst working closely with all Partners and the wider team in ensuring that we are contributing to and leading on the organisation's Diversity, Equality and Inclusion commitments.
This role is subject to a Basic DBS disclosure.
Please note: Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential for this role as there will be travel involved
