Hours of Work:  37.5 hours per week -  predominantly 09:00-17:00 Monday - Friday with flexibility to occasionally work evenings

Location: Predominantly based out of St John's House, Wrexham with the requirement to also attend other services in the area on occasion.

Project Description

Wrexham residential services work with homeless men and women aged 18 or over providing residential support with the aim of meeting individuals' needs, which promote independent and lead to a sustainable move-on. Our doorstop services across Wrexham, Conwy & Denbighshire work with service users who will be stable and/or in treatment or recently relased from prison and engage in relapse prevention work with the Substance Misuse team - these services provide residential and floating support.

Purpose of Role

To assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the Services which fall under the responsibility of this role, ensuring objectives and targets are met in line with contract requirement and organisational values, working in partnership with internal stakeholders where required. To also assist in ensuring that staff and service users have the best possible support in place, allowing for the service to achieve its main aims and objectives.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.

Please note: Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential for this role.
